Non Monogamy/Opening your relationship

Opening up your relationship can be scary, feel overwhelming and can be attached with a stigma from the community around you and lead to feelings of shame, or you may be questioning ‘what is wrong with me?’

The answer is there is nothing wrong with you! It is normal to feel sexually attracted to other people outside of your relationship or want a different relationship structure. With the right tools and an open and honest mindset, you and your partner/s you can step into NM or enter into an open relationship with the confidence to feel empowered and succeed. It can be a liberating, fun and playful lifestyle choice.

Non Monogamy, Polyamory and open relationships are not for everyone and that is perfectly ok too. I can help you and you as an individual or a couple (or whatever your relationship dyad may be) in navigating, processing and providing you with practical tools when opening your relationship or in the midst of your open relationship/s.
